NC Music Factory Location
As a potential office space it has everything we could ask for –
a large enclosed conference room, storage area, two private offices, huge open floor plan, and multiple separate bathrooms. The space also provides security, ample parking, and very easy access from the highway.
Another benefit of the space is the abilitiy to entertain clients onsite. Imagine having a meeting and then taking them out for a drink afterward. Or having them swing by and having lunch before a big meeting. Working late one night? It's possible to catch a concert at the amphitheatre for free. (For office space #3 that is. It backs up to the stage for a behind the scenes view.)

Abotts in South End

Located in South End and surrounded by other creative agencies, this space is close to the Light Rail, about 1/2 mile from Common Market. It has ample natural light, and the private offices are quite large. Private offices will also have glass on one side so as not to isolate anyone from the group, but still provide privacy. It also has an upstairs area for meetings and tons of parking for the after hours events. The space is currently being renovated and this would allow us to add input to the final layout. |
